JPS started when founder Jon Perry was asked to assist (along with Andy Cotton of TAO Productions), following a problematic Elton John concert in 2004. They were hired to prevent the issues of the first concer repeating during the following nine shows of the series. In collaboration with TAO Productions, Jon ensured the success of the remaining concerts. And the rest, as they say, is history!

We prepare contingency plans for all events. This includes emergency planning and allowing for extenuating circumstances. For example, a few years ago, several of our events coincided with the fire strike. We completed a dynamic risk assessment, accounting for possible reductions in emergency service personnel and response times. Be reassured that should the unusual occur, a plan is in place to safeguard your staff and customers.
